Rip the camera attachment off the selfie stick. Long enough to safely operate near a fire. ![]() The collapsing / extending is only for convenience, but since selfie sticks are so cheap, it might be worth it to just pick one up. But if you don’t have one, no big deal you can use any tube as long as it’s fireproof. It’s compact when collapsed and extends to about 41″, which will give you plenty of reach.
